About the Farm

We're a Blueberry Lover's Paradise.

When you visit BLUEBERRY HAVENS, you're in for a scenic view of gently rolling hills and rows of blueberry bushes. A spring-fed creek gurgles through the farm year-round. This is a fun place to picnic.

We-pick Customers

If you plan to visit us for fresh already-picked blueberries, please call ahead. Go ahead, tour the farm anyway. We also deliver berries about every other day to Auburn and Opelika. Call us at 334 257-4322 or 334 707-4707.

U-Pick Customers

We furnish gallon buckets or you may bring your own. Wide, shallow buckets work best. We like to loop our belts through the bucket handle so we can pick with both hands. You can carry your berries home in your containers or use the furnished plastic bags. We offer suggestions to enhance your blueberry picking experience:

	Wear lightweight, light colored cotton clothing.
	Wear a hat, preferably with a wide brim.
	It's cooler in the morning and late afternoon. Many customers choose the mid-afternoon though.
	Wear sunscreen.
	Bring bug spray for the children.
	You may want to avoid sweet perfumes and body lotions.
	Your dog will probably love the farm too. Please be sensitive to other customers who may not know your pet is "friendly".

Go ahead, sample as you pick

Where to pick? Pretend it's your farm and pick where you want. Some of our customers tell us that other blueberry farms do not allow sampling. However, we think that it is almost cruel to be around such beautiful, delicious berries and not be allowed to taste. We encourage you to sample. Ask Rod to show you his calibrated blue-tint teeth color chart. If you laugh, he'll likely share some more humor. We sincerely want you to enjoy your BLUEBERRY HAVENS experience.
